Tim serves as the Vice President of Finance for GO Movement, a global collaboration to mobilize believers towards a lifestyle of evangelism. He also serves as the Senior Director for Development and Strategy for VisionSynergy. Its mission is to catalyze networks for Great Commission breakthrough in regions of the world with the largest number of unreached people groups. 

Tim and his wife Carol served as church planting missionaries for 15 years in the Philippines among Ilokanos, the third largest language group in the country.   

Tim and Carol have five children and five grandchildren.
